Shipping policy

We ship USPS first class unless otherwise specified. We always do our best to pack your items safely and securely, so they arrive in good condition. If something arrives in damaged condition, please photograph it and contact us within 7 days of receipt to discuss replacement or store credit refund options. We do not include insurance, but you can add it for an additional charge. Should you wish to add it please contact us and let us know before placing your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once the package has left our shop and is in the hands of the delivery service, we can no longer be responsible for its arrival. If packages are lost or stolen, you will need to contact the shipping service used. We recommend purchasing insurance, as we cannot not offer refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages.

Please DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS (especially our international friends)!!!  We print the labels exactly as you enter them (no transcribing means zero address errors on our end). Once an item has shipped it's very costly and difficult to attempt to reroute it back in order to repurchase shipping to send it back out. All fees in this process are the buyer's responsibility. 

International Customers: Please note that packages sometimes will sit in customs (be it here in the US or on your country's side) these types of delays are unfortunate but as they're out of our hands, contact USPS (if in the us) or your local post for inquiries on shipping times.
