Refund/Return Policy

Returns:


All returns are given as STORE CREDIT.


Items must be either brought in-store or we must contacted online for return pre-approval within 30 days of purchase date on receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original undamaged and unopened condition. It must also be in the original packaging. 


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as magazines. Custom ordered items (any item created specifically for you). Special order items (a non-stock item ordered specifically at your request).

Tarot decks without the plastic still on them

Sale Items (Only regular priced items may be returned)


To complete your return, we require a receipt or invoice as proof of purchase.


Refunds Store Credit (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected:


If in Store - We will issue you a gift certificate with a code that is valid both in store and online.


If Online - We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a gift card will be issued to you via email that is valid both online and in-store.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at our fault. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Jean@metaphysicsshop.com.



Shipping


Your return item(s) will not be accepted unless you have contacted us and received prior approval prior to shipment. Do not ship your items until approval is given.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we have not received it, we cannot give you a refund.
